Conceptualization
Together with our customers, we create needs-based concepts for the implementation of product development. Pre-evaluations are also a way of saving time and money during development.
Layout design
The right layout design is crucial for adequate thermal management and electromagnetic compatibility. In addition, we work closely with the customer on the choice of materials in order to get the best out of them!
CAD Design
We take over and create the corresponding construction parts such as injection-moulded housings, die-cast aluminum and much more. 3D data in particular not only visualizes the planned projects impressively, but also indicates potential bottlenecks in advance.
Hardware development
The routing of circuit boards from control boards to metalcore boards is based on our 3D-supported layout program. EMC measurements are carried out in-house during development. During development, the foundations for long-term availability and 2nd source options are laid using “standard packages” etc.
Light measurement
With our in-house goniophotometer, we are able to permanently improve or adjust lumen output, spectral values, beam characteristics, color rendering, … permanently improve or adapt. This means that any necessary adaptations can be incorporated at an early stage of development.
Software development
The right choice of processor and thus the available hardware resources are an elementary component of our performance when creating software. A modular system optimizes code maintenance.
